I have followed it for many years and written about it.Robert Perryhttp://www.semeionpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6902056258087567564.post-81559272713205618102010-07-02T06:48:04.011-04:002010-07-02T06:48:04.011-04:00Great comments- thanks all and Bill I'm honore...Great comments- thanks all and Bill I'm honored if you include in your Deep Living DIgest. And as you point out, we shouldn't necessarily assume that teacher takes a human adult form. It is uncanny how when the situation requires it most, such teachers have a way of manifesting. For me, they are often my young children or some magnificence of nature.

They make me ponder how different the world could be if humans, so distracted by the frivolities of modern society, could tune back in and reconnect with the deeper, immaterial world around them. Powerful motivation; we can all be bodhisattvas in our own way.

BTW -- This is the first time I'm really diving in to your blog. Excellent. I'd like to feature a link to this post in the next edition of my Deep Living Digest, which comes out on Saturday. What we can never know for sure, of course, is whether they really are "chance" encounters.
I wonder, each time I experience one of these amazing encounters, how many near-misses there are, when two individuals pass like ships in the night, without ever realising it.Brickyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06643862636090957324noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6902056258087567564.post-83946981793034431732010-07-01T10:53:06.628-04:002010-07-01T10:53:06.628-04:00I love this Ian! I had one of those this past weekend. I think it's time to write about it. Suesuehttp://tsunamisue.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
